Moreheat Are Pleased To Announce That They Have Become A Trustmark Provider

Moreheat is delighted to announce that they are now a Trustmark provider. TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme covering work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home.

Becoming a Trustmark provider was an important landmark for Moreheat, as it provides our customers with confidence in our company and the work we deliver. New customers can utilise our services, safe in the knowledge that they are engaging with an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet pre-defined standards. It also demonstrates that we have made a commitment to exemplary customer service, technical competence, and trading practices. Additionally, in the unlikely event that a problem does arise, TrustMark offers a range of remedies to give further protection to consumers.

Trustmark Provider Torquay

As a company, we have been supplying and fitting air source heat pumps to residential properties for the last seven years. Due to our work’s high standard and quality, we have qualified for NICEIC and MCS accreditation. NICEIC Certification has provided industry-recognised assessments to the building services sector, including plumbing and heating engineers.

MCS is an industry-led quality assurance scheme, which demonstrates the quality and reliability of approved products and installation companies.

Moreheat is committed to expanding the business and helping our customers save money by improving their property’s energy efficiency. The most significant advantage to our customers of becoming a Trustmark provider is that Moreheat will now be able to help them gain funding from the government. This is because, in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of homes across England, the government is offering vouchers for use towards the installation of specific systems.

The new scheme launched on the 30th September 2020 and will allow homeowners in England the opportunity to apply for funding under the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme. The voucher is only valid for people seeking to make energy-efficiency improvements to their homes.

£5000 Vouchers Available

For anyone contemplating energy-saving home improvements, qualifying applicants can get a voucher for up to £5000 towards the cost of the work.

The voucher will cover up to two-thirds of the cost, generating a significant saving for our customers.

In addition to this, individual homeowners, who receive qualifying benefits, can get a voucher for up to £10,000 towards the project’s cost.

What Type Of Work Qualifies For These Grants?

There are strict guidelines as to what type of work can be carried out under the scheme, and as mentioned above, they are linked to low carbon/renewable heating projects. Moreheat can advise on which projects would meet the requirements of the scheme, but in essence, they will relate to

  • Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Ground Source Heat Pumps
  • Solar Thermal
  • Biomass
  • Hybrid Heat Pumps

Work You Can Rely On By Companies You Can Trust

The government wants consumers to buy new systems with confidence, so they have imposed stringent conditions on the companies authorised to install them.
All companies need to be MCS certified and registered with TrustMark.

Moreheat meets all of these conditions and has many years of experience within the industry.

We are committed to ensuring that all of our customers gain the maximum benefit from any work undertaken by Moreheat. This relates to both the voucher’s application process and the long-term energy savings that homeowners will enjoy upon completion of the work. Our friendly customer service team will walk you through the application process and answer any questions you may have. Once we start the work, we will ensure that everything is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, with the minimum of disruption.

We believe that this is an excellent opportunity for homeowners to save a considerable sum of money on their energy bills, while also contributing to the long-term benefit of the planet.

We are proud members of the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme and look forward to helping as many homeowners as possible to benefit from the scheme.
